In plain words: what we keep, why, and how you control it.

What we keep when you send a request
When you send a quote request or ask for a call, we keep what you entered: name, mobile number, company or project, city, when you need the materials, items and quantities, and notes. We also keep the page you sent it from and what brought you to the site (for example an ad or a social post).

Why we keep it
To answer your request, prepare your quotation and follow up on delivery. We do not sell your data or give it to marketers.

Visit statistics
We count visits, the most-read pages, device type and language, and record taps on the WhatsApp and call buttons. We do not use cookies for this and do not store IP addresses: a visitor is counted with an anonymous code that changes every day and cannot be linked to a person. Visit data is deleted automatically after 13 months.

WhatsApp and email
When you continue on WhatsApp or by email, the conversation moves to that service and its own privacy policy applies.

Who can see your data
Only authorised Konoz staff, through a password-protected dashboard. The data is stored on the website’s hosting servers.
