How do I request a quotation from Konoz?
Send your list on WhatsApp, or build it on the quote page and send it. Include your city and when you need the materials, and you will get a written quotation the same working day, with availability and a supply schedule.
What should my list include for a faster quote?
A clear list means a faster quote. Five columns are enough: item, specification, brand, quantity and unit. No time to prepare it? Send us a photo of the consultant’s drawing.
Is Konoz an authorised distributor?
Yes, and we can show the documents. Konoz is the authorised Schneider Electric partner in Saudi Arabia and an authorised distributor for Riyadh Cables, MESC and Bahra Cables; the certificates are on the brands page. Ask for the approvals file on WhatsApp and we will send one ready for the consultant.
Which cities does Konoz serve?
Our office and showroom are on Al-Hedaia Street, Al-Aziziyah, Makkah, and we supply projects in every region of the Kingdom: Makkah, Jeddah, Riyadh, Madinah, Taif, the Eastern Province and more.
Do you supply project quantities?
Yes. We serve large projects, from housing complexes to towers and hotels, and schedule deliveries around project phases.
Can you suggest consultant-approved alternatives?
Yes. We check the specification line by line, and if the requested brand is unavailable we propose an approved alternative with its documents, so the consultant can approve it first time.
